1. Using Stock Sniper
Stock Sniper is a community map of trading card stock sightings in Australia. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account.
2. Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details private. Choose a display name that isn't offensive or impersonating someone else. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
3. Community content
Only post sightings you have actually seen, at the store you select, with accurate quantities and photos you took yourself. Don't post false stock, spam, advertising, other people's photos, or anything unlawful or abusive. You keep ownership of what you post, and grant us permission to display it inside Stock Sniper.
4. Accuracy of sightings
Sightings are community reports, not guarantees. Stock moves quickly, listings expire after 3 hours without a fresh confirmation, and a store may have sold out before you arrive. Always check with the store before travelling. We are not responsible for wasted trips, pricing differences or purchase limits set by retailers.
5. Stores and retailers
Store names, brands and product names belong to their owners. Stock Sniper is an independent community app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any retailer, publisher or trading card company.
6. Points and ranks
Sniper Points, ranks, badges and leaderboard positions have no monetary value and can't be transferred or cashed out. We may adjust or remove points earned through false reports or manipulation.
7. Pro subscriptions
Stock Sniper Pro is billed in Australian dollars through Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal. Except where Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable.
8. Ads
The free tier may show ads and sponsored cards. Sponsored content is always labelled. Pro subscribers don't see ads.
9. Availability
We do our best to keep Stock Sniper running, but the service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change or discontinue features at any time.
10. Ending your access
You can stop using Stock Sniper and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts that repeatedly post false sightings, abuse other members, or break these terms.
